WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Aloha Grown Store in Kamuela, Hawaii. Your order will typically be packed and shipped within 1-3 days from the time you place your order, however, delivery times will vary depending on the destination. USPS shipping cost is determined based on your order total. Some heavier items may have additional fees. These are noted in the product details. Shipments may experience delays during the holidays. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently only ship to Hawaii and the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time we do not ship internationally or to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.

WHY DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

A user account is required for online store purchases for security purposes. We will never sell your personal information to a third party. Please be sure the shipping address provided is current and accurate, including the appropriate suite and/or apartment number when necessary to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address and/or re-routing fees.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

In-store purchases: All exchanges and returns of unused merchandise require a sales receipt and must be within 30 days of purchase. No money back, only exchanges or store credit will be given. Used or damaged merchandise without original sales tags will not be accepted. Online purchases: Please return unused merchandise with sales receipt for a complete refund of purchase price, shipping not included.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A ALOHA GROWN GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Gift certificates are only available for purchase in-store and are currently only available for use in-store. They cannot be redeemed online.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ONLINE SHIPMENT?
